The hockey community is a tight-knit one. You won’t find many a hockey supporter who isn’t a die-hard fan of the sport. It’s all or nothing when it comes to this code. Varsity Hockey is no exception and Twitter showed us why this past week.

3. Celebrating success!
Cheryl Roberts was one of the many to shout the praises of some of this weekend’s most talented players, who had the rare opportunity of playing to a live TV audience.
They were some of the outstanding players at the first leg of #VarsitySports women’s hockey action in Cape Town. They are UCT’s Nepo Serage and Sandiswa Tabata from Maties.
